Who is Anthony Hegarty
AND HOW DOES HE KNOW ABOUT SALES VELOCITY?
Anthony (Tony) has built a career in B2B sales, sales leadership, and marketing over more than 30-years of working for companies from early-stage start-ups to global market leaders.
From large organizations where he led national teams producing $100s of millions in profitable revenues Tony learned and developed sales process, sales methodology, CRM technology analytics to improve sales velocity, and omnichannel marketing strategy.
From those start-up organizations, he learned business agility, nimbleness, and creative thinking to build scalable sales teams producing annual revenues of $10s million from zero.
Over the years he has become recognized as a Sales Velocity Improvement expert as well as someone who can recognize, attract, develop and inspire top-notch sales talent.
His focus on sales process improvement, particularly in the areas of hyper-targeting, next-level Discovery methodology, sales insights through data analytics and negotiation strategy, and tactical deployment has allowed Tony to drive rapid and profitable growth in a variety of B2B industries

Dave has a 38-year career in the Consumer Products Industry working for 3 top fortune 500 companies (Quaker Oats, Ralston Purina & Nestle) in various areas of their sales organizations (sales, sales marketing, training, and sales analytics).
His experiences with these companies gave him the opportunity to hold a number of key development roles and leadership positions. Dave started in the field as a retail sales representative in central Illinois and quickly progressed to leading and developing a number of sales teams both at the headquarter and retail level of sales for all of the leading grocery and pets outlets where their products were sold. Dave is very proficient in the development, training, and execution of high-performing sales teams that delivered best-in-class results each year through specifically designed score-carding and business plans that met the needs of each of his customers.
Dave’s college education at Western Illinois in the area of Business Administration gave him a firm foundation to assist and lead a number of key workgroups that were challenged with the design, training, implementation, and analytic support to deliver high performing sales teams that were focused on not only today’s business needs but the future as well. His experiences working collaboratively with the industry’s finest in these areas helped Dave not only learn from the best but to take those learning experiences and help other sales organizations succeed.
Today Dave lives with his wife of 33 years spending time in their Saint Charles and Michigan homes while their two grown children begin their professional careers across the country. Dave enjoys a variety of sports such as golf, biking, and other athletic activities.
